1. Introduction to Blur Text

Blur Text – Screenshot Editor (“Blur Text”) is an Android and iOS application designed to blur, pixelate, highlight, annotate, and mark up text and other sensitive information in photos and screenshots directly on your device. The App is built with a strong focus on privacy, and all processing occurs locally on the user’s device. No media content is uploaded to external servers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Blur Text App, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the App.

License & In-App Purchases

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Blur Text App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases

The Blur Text App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions for additional features. These purchases are processed and managed by the respective app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and are subject to their payment terms and conditions.

Payment Processing

All payments are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store. On iOS, purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system, with RevenueCat used solely to manage subscription and entitlement status. We do not collect or store your payment information.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are displayed within the App and may vary. We reserve the right to change pricing and availability at any time.

Refunds

Refund requests must be made directly through Google Play or Apple App Store in accordance with their refund policies. We cannot process refunds ourselves.

Disputes

For billing issues, contact Google Play or Apple Support. For functionality issues, contact us directly.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you process using the App and must ensure you have the legal right to use and modify such content.

Output Responsibility

The App provides tools for blurring, redaction, annotation, and markup. The accuracy and effectiveness of these tools depend on image quality, contrast, fonts, and layout. You are responsible for reviewing all output before sharing. We are not responsible for consequences arising from sharing improperly edited content.

Lawful Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful activities or in violation of the rights of others.

Text detection and manual edits may fail depending on image characteristics. You must verify results before sharing.

No Performance Guarantee

We do not guarantee performance, speed, or suitability for your particular use case.

Local Processing Disclaimer

Although processing happens locally, we are not responsible for any data loss or corruption on your device.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kajda.com Adrian Kajda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
